Good environment and i felt safe throughout my stay. 😀 - Clean and quiet environment. Good value and satisfied 😞 - the mattress should be considered for a change and the shower is small

Exceptionally well appointed with everything provided - tea, coffee, sugar, washing detergent etc. Very clean and with all appliances you need. Easy to heat. Located close to the station, which is perfect, although it's not a great area for anything else. I'd have given it a 5 but there was no hot water on arrival, and the hot water also ran out after a couple of days - despite modest usage. Hopefully this is a temporary problem that will be quickly attended to.

She went out of her way to help us secure accommodation quickly and made the whole process smooth and reassuring when we genuinely needed support.Lisa was responsive, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping us find a solution.
